Reading The Big Short by Michael Lewis for the first time. About half way thorough. Keep wondering how Lewis can be so frank in his description of people. It's a good read for sure to have the detail, but many are portrayed in a negative light so wonder if some get ticked off? Isn't there litigation? Indeed there is, at least one case. He was sued by investment advisor Wing Chau for defamation. Case was dismissed. A few years later the advisor was found guilty of defrauding clients and fined.
